My name is Masahito Ikeda, and I have been appointed as the third chairman of the board of directors.
Wakeners has reached the 10th anniversary since our founding in 2012, and has made a fresh start under a new organization.
From the past 10 years in which we have worked to establish the individuality of our members, we are moving forward into the next 10 years in which we will play a larger role in society. In this chaotic society where the future is uncertain, we at Wakeners will continue to nurture the next generation of leaders who can show us the way forward.

2006: Held the first Mentor course by Yasuo FUJII, CEO of Celestial Incarnation Co., Ltd. (First Chairman of the Board of Directors of Wakeners General Incorporated Foundation)
After that, Affection M Co., Ltd. CEO Noria FUNAMORI and Clover Co., Ltd. CEO Kumi KAISE
(Both are directors of Wakeners General Incorporated Foundation) expanded Mentor course throughout Japan.
Mentor courses has been introduced in companies, educational institutions, chambers of commerce and medical institutions.
In 2007, the first Wakeners Forum was held for students from all over the country, and has been held once a year.
2012: Established Wakeners General Incorporated Foundation on August 2nd after being certified as a mentor
In 2017, Masahiro YABUKI, representative of Humans Project, was appointed as the second chairman.
In 2022, Masahito IEDA of Miilai Education Co., Ltd. was appointed as the third chairman.

The purpose of Wakener's General Incorporated Foundation is to contribute to the sound development of the community at large and to the realization of a bright and prosperous society by carrying out projects related to the development of human resources and the promotion of welfare for the elderly.
